In the agitator technology, the sealing of a rotating agitator shaft represents the principal sealing task in the passage through a container wall. A variety of sealing designs are used, which are calibrated depending on the operating conditions such as media quality, temperature, pressure and speed.

Mechanical seals must be provided with different blocking and template systems to some extent in order to make the sealing tasks of mechanical seals reliable and safe to process, in view of the fact that the leakage emissions must be within the limits of the legal requirements.

The MSG supply systems are thoughtfully designed and thus achieve the best possible cooling of the sliding surfaces used in the mechanical seals. The frictional heat of the sliding surfaces is safely dissipated by means of the precise control of the cooling medium and the so-called lubrication. Moreover, leakage compensation or generation of a barrier pressure are the additional tasks of the supply system. The models of the MSG supply systems can vary widely depending on the application.

MSG offers a suitable solution for almost every supply task. For supply systems, for example, through a natural life cycle, the MSG product palette produces everything that offers the best results - From simplest supply tank to thermosiphon container. Integrated cooling devices and important automatic circuit breakers for filling level, temperature and pressure are of course also used.
